Broccoli Crunch Salad copycat recipe that has been lightened with greek yogurt and less sugar for a tasty pasta salad side dish.

– ¾ of a pound dry pasta – ¼ a cup apple cider vinegar – 2 tablespoons sugar – 1 teaspoon pepper – 2 tablespoon salt – 1 cup shredded cheese – 1 cup Greek yogurt – 2 cups broccoli, bite sized pieces – ½ red onion, diced
COOK TIME: 10 min
Combine sauce ingredients.
Cook pasta and add to dressing along with chopped veggies.
Finish with cheese and stir to combine.
Serve warm or refrigerate and serve chilled.
