Slow cooker tuscan chicken thighs feature a wonderfully rich garlic cream sauce, poured over chicken thighs with flavored with italian seasoning and sun dried tomatoes, and then slowly cooked until they are falling apart tender and then baby spinach is added in.

– butter – garlic – chicken stock – heavy cream – Parmesan cheese – salt – Italian seasoning – boneless skinless chicken thighs – sun dried tomatoes – baby spinach
COOK TIME: 6 hours
Make cream sauce on the stove top with melted butter, garlic, heavy cream, chicken stock, and parmesan cheese.
Place chicken thighs at the bottom of a slow cooker.Top with cream sauce, seasonings, and sun-dried tomatoes.
Place lid on slow cooker and cook on high for 3-4 hours, or on low for 5-6 hours.
After the cooking time is up, add in spinach and allow to wilt.
