Recipe Notes and Tips
- Because they are so lightweight, pepperoni tend to fly around during the cooking process. Don't worry! They will still crisp up just fine.
- Place the finished pepperoni chips on paper towels to help them crisp up further and remove excess grease.
- While many pepperoni brands come in the same size, there are different sizes and thicknesses out there. Be aware of this when cooking, as you may need more or less time for them to cook through.
Ingredients
- Your favorite brand of pepperoni. Yes, it's as simple as that! There is no need for spray or any oil, as the pepperoni have enough fat in them to crisp up on their own. I love using Applegate pepperoni or Boar's Head pepperoni, but you can use whatever you'd like, including turkey pepperoni.
