Ninja Foodi Frozen Burgers in the Air fryer create amazingly tender, perfectly cooked hamburgers from frozen without the need to thaw them first. Top with your favorite burger toppings and enjoy a juicy hamburger at home!
Another day, another food that is perfectly cooked by the air fryer. In just minutes, you can take a hamburger patty from frozen to seared on the outside and juicy on the inside. Plus, there is way less mess than cooking on the stove.
I have shared before how to cook other frozen foods in the air fryer like mozzarella sticks, potstickers, and hashbrowns. We also love air fryer frozen chicken thighs. Burgers are another food you are just going to love cooking in your air fryer! Try Ninja Foodi Hot Dogs as well, game changer for a crispy skin.
I love cooking them from frozen, and next I may try these juicy venison burgers in the air fryer!
How many burgers fit in the Ninja Foodi air fryer?
Depending on the size of your air fryer along with the size of your frozen hamburger patty, will determine how many burgers you can cook at once. It is important that you cook them in single layer so that they cook quickly and evenly. If you overlap them, you run the risk of having parts of the beef that are fully cooked, while other parts will be completely raw.
The frozen hamburger patties I use are quite large (they do shrink as they cook). My device can only cook one patty in a single layer without the addition of a layering insert.
If you don't have a rack and your air fryer basket is on the smaller side, you may have to work in stages.
What you will need for frozen burgers in air fryer
Just frozen burger patties! It's that simple. While it will vary from brand to brand, there is enough fat in ground beef to cook in the air fryer with nothing added.
There is no need to spray on or add any oil.
Best Frozen Burgers
I think Costco has the best frozen burger patties for the best price. They are high quality and there are different varieties to choose from such as Grass Fed Beef, Sirloin, and Angus.
Bubba burgers are another great frozen burger option that can be found at almost any grocery store.

Just about all recipes for the Ninja Foodie does not include which setting to use.
