Baked Boneless Chicken Thighs are easy to prepare and flavorful. The quick spice blend elevates the taste of the already juicy chicken, making this the perfect main dish for any number of sides.

Good boneless skinless chicken thigh recipes are a must in our household. We always have several packages on hand in the fridge or freezer, ready to go for dinners any night of the week. They are great for such a wide variety of things from simple dinners like Ninja Foodi Chicken Thighs (Air Fryer) to more elevated dishes like Marry Me Chicken Orzo and One Pan Chicken with Mushroom and Asparagus.
The spice blend on these is made from things most everyone would have on hand in a well stocked spice cabinet and the hands on time for this is 5 minutes or less. This chicken thigh recipe could not be easier! And the result is JUICY and FLAVORFUL.
This would be great for meal prep, as these well seasoned chicken boneless skinless thighs go with just about anything. I suggest Lemon Butter Rice or Hearts of Palm Salad.
Ingredients

- Chicken Thighs: This recipe is for boneless skinless chicken thighs, and the cook time reflects that. Chicken thighs are more forgiving than chicken breasts and will stay juicy and are more flavorful.
- Spices: The spice blend here is a blend of pantry staples including salt, black pepper, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, and italian seasoning.
- Oil: I used avocado oil, but any neutral oil would be fine.
How to Bake Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs in the Oven

Step 1. Preheat oven to 425 F.
In a small bowl, combine oil, salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, and italian seasoning. Mix well and set to the side.

Step 2. Remove chicken from packaging and pat dry with a paper towel.

Step 3. Pour seasoned oil mixture over top of the chicken and make sure each piece is fully coated front and back. Place into a 9x13 baking dish in a single layer.

Step 4. Bake for approximately 25 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 F.
Recipe Tips
- If you want a bit of extra crispiness and brown color on your chicken, feel free to broil them after the cook time is up. Simply turn the broiler on high and cook for approximately 3-5 minutes, watching closely to avoid burning.
- After seasoning, you can marinate the chicken in the fridge for up to 24 hours in the fridge before baking in the oven.
