How to serve cucumber yogurt sauce
Tzatziki sauce is perhaps most commonly seen on gyros, but it is great with so many things! As a dip with veggies or naan bread, on grilled or roasted chicken, on soup.
It brings brightness and a creamy richness to whatever it is paired with, like Pepperoncini Pork Roast or these Greek Chicken Meatballs.
We also love to serve it when we make "greek bowls" with marinated chicken and all of our favorite greek toppings like kalamata olives, tomatoes, feta cheese, romaine lettuce, and hummus.
Storage
Store garlic greek yogurt and cucumber sauce in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days. The flavors meld together nicely and I think that this yogurt sauce is actually better the second day!
