– 6 cups Romaine lettuce chopped – 1 small red onion thinly sliced – 5 slices of cooked bacon – ⅓ cup bleu cheese crumbles – 2-3 slices sourdough bread – 2 medium tomatoes sliced
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cube sourdough bread into bite-sized pieces and place on baking sheet. Place in oven and allow to crisp up, about ten minutes.
While the bread is cooking, prepare your bacon according to the packaging instructions.
Chop romaine and place down in serving dish. Top with tomatoes, bleu cheese, red onion, sourdough croutons, and crumbled bacon.
Top with your favorite dressing, such as ranch, blue cheese, or italian dressing.
