Ingredients

- Chicken tenderloins: This gives a really nice tender chicken base which sets this chicken salad apart from others. You can also use boneless skinless chicken breast or even rotisserie chicken or canned chicken, but the flavor won’t be quite the same.
- Duke's mayo: This is key for an accurate copycat version, as it’s what the restaurant uses!
- Celery: Minced finely so that there are no big pieces.
- Fruit: A combination of fuji apples and red grapes.
- Pecans: You can buy chopped pecans or whole pecans and chop them yourself.
- Seasoning blend: A mixture of salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder to mimic the restaurant's secret spice blend. A bit of ranch seasoning as well.
