Ingredients

  • 1 lb. chicken tenderloins
  • cup Duke's Mayonnaise
  • 1 celery rib minced
  • ½ cup fuji apple small dice
  • ½ cup red grapes quartered
  • ¼ cup chopped pecans
  • 1 tsp. dry ranch seasoning
  • ½ tsp. onion powder
  • ½ tsp. garlic powder
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ½ tsp. black pepper

Instructions

  • In a medium pot, bring water to a boil. Add chicken tenderloins and cook for around 8 minutes. As soon as they’re cooked through (165°F) remove from the water and allow to cool.
  • Add cooked chicken to a food processor and pulse until finally shredded.
  • To a large mixing bowl, add shredded chicken, mayonnaise, diced apple, sliced grapes, chopped pecans, and seasonings. Mix well until everything is incorporated.
  • Refrigerate before serving.
