- 1 lb. chicken tenderloins
- ⅔ cup Duke's Mayonnaise
- 1 celery rib minced
- ½ cup fuji apple small dice
- ½ cup red grapes quartered
- ¼ cup chopped pecans
- 1 tsp. dry ranch seasoning
- ½ tsp. onion powder
- ½ tsp. garlic powder
- ½ tsp. salt
- ½ tsp. black pepper
In a medium pot, bring water to a boil. Add chicken tenderloins and cook for around 8 minutes. As soon as they’re cooked through (165°F) remove from the water and allow to cool.
Add cooked chicken to a food processor and pulse until finally shredded.
To a large mixing bowl, add shredded chicken, mayonnaise, diced apple, sliced grapes, chopped pecans, and seasonings. Mix well until everything is incorporated.
Refrigerate before serving.
