Low Carb BLT (Keto-Friendly and Gluten Free)

Try this low carb version of the classic BLT sandwich with crispy bacon, tomatoes, and baby iceberg lettuce as the "bread."

Ingredients

  • 1 head baby iceberg lettuce
  • 4 strips bacon
  • 2 tbsp. ranch
  • 4 slices tomato

Instructions

  • Trim off a very small bit of the root. Just enough, so that the lettuce head stays in tact.
  • Slice in half lengthwise.
  • On one half, add ranch and then place on bacon and sliced tomatoes.
  • Place other lettuce half on top and enjoy!
