Classic Taco Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 15 oz cans refried beans
  • 2 tbsp. milk
  • 1 8 oz block of cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt or sour cream
  • 1 tbs. taco seasoning
  • 1 cup guacamole prepared
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 2 cups shredded Mexican cheese
  • 4 green onions sliced
  • ¼ cup black olives sliced
  • ¼ cup diced tomato

Instructions

  • Stir together refried beans with milk until thinned. Spread beans on the bottom of a 9"x13" dish.
  • In a medium sized bowl, stir together softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, and taco seasoning until smooth and creamy. Layer on top of refried beans.

  • Pour salsa over top in the same fashion as the guacamole.
  • Top with cheese, followed by green onions, tomatoes, and olives.
  • Serve with tortilla chips.
