- 1 ½ tablespoons cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon vanilla bean paste or vanilla extract
- ¼ cup white granulated sugar ⅓ cup if you want sweeter ice cream
- ¾ cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup milk whole milk is preferable
Place cream cheese into a microwave safe dish and microwave for 10 seconds.
Add to a small mixing bowl, along with sugar and vanilla. Whisk until well combined.
Slowly mix in heavy cream and whole milk until everything is fully incorporated.
Once completely combined, pour vanilla ice cream base into the pint container and secure lid.
Place into the freezer for at least 24 hours until completely frozen. Make sure that the mixture freezes flat so that it doesn't go above the max fill line.
Once frozen, remove lid and place base into the outer bowl. Secure the blade lid and place on to the Ninja Creami device, turning until you hear a click.
Turn on machine and select ice cream. The machine will take just a few minutes to run through the cycle.
Once done, check ice cream. If it looks a little crumbly you can re-spin it. Otherwise, enjoy!
- If the Ninja Creami Vanilla Ice Cream looks crumbly, reattach to the machine and use the "respin" button.
- If the ice cream still looks crumbly, try adding a dash of liquid such as heavy cream or milk (about a tablespoon) before respinning.
