- 8 cloves garlic minced
- 1 10 oz. package frozen spinach thawed and patted dry
- ¾ cup mayonnaise
- 1 8 oz. can artichoke hearts diced
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 cup shredded swiss cheese
- ¼ cup parmesan
- 1 pkg. wonton wrappers
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a mini cupcake pan, place wonton wrappers (one wrapper per hole). This is what will create the cups. Use your fingers to push down the wonton wrapper to form a cup in the cupcake holes, the wrapper will overlap on itself a bit.
Bake for 5-10 minutes (You don't want them to get too brown as you will be putting them back in the oven -- just enough to make them stiff).
In a medium sized bowl, place spinach, artichokes, garlic, mayonnaise, shredded cheese, parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Stir until well combined.
Divide the filling among the par-baked wonton wrappers and bake for another 10 minutes, or until filling is heated through.
