Soy Garlic Chicken Wings

- 2 lbs. chicken wings
- 1 tbsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 4 garlic cloves minced
- 2 tablespoon honey
- ½ tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 tbsp. rice wine vinegar
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Pat wings dry with a paper towel and place them into a large mixing bowl.
In a separate bowl combine baking powder, onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt.
Pour mixture over chicken wings, and toss to coat thoroughly.
Arrange on a baking sheet and put in the preheated oven, Bake for 35-40 minutes or until cooked through.
While the chicken wings are baking, prepare the sauce.
In a small saucepan, melt butter. Add minced garlic, and cook for 1-2 minutes or until fragrant. Add soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, cornstarch, and honey. Whisk to thicken and for for about 2 to 3 minutes. Remove from heat.
Pour sauce over wings and use tongs to coat all of the wings with the wing sauce.
Serve immediately.
