- 2 ½ lb. sirloin tip roast
- 1 yellow onion sliced
- 5 garlic cloves minced
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 cup red wine
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- ½ tbsp. herbes de provence
- ½ tbsp. paprika
To the slow cooker add roast, sliced onions, minced garlic, butter, red wine, soy sauce, herbes de provence, paprika.
Cook on low for 8 hours or until fork tender.
Shred meat using two forks and stir to incorporate with the au jus.
Serve over mashed potatoes, butter noodles, or alongside crusty bread.
