Ingredients

  • ½ cup olive oil
  • 1 ½ lemons juiced, plus a little zest
  • 2 large garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tbsp. dried oregano
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. dried rosemary
  • ½ tsp. dried basil
  • ½ tsp. dried thyme
  • 1 tsp. dried parsley
  • ¼ tsp. red pepper flakes optional

Instructions

  • In a small bowl add all ingredients and stir to combine. 

Notes

If you want to use the marinade as a sauce once you remove the meat, boil the mixture for several minutes to cook off any bacteria.
