Pizza Stuffed Chicken

- 2 chicken breasts
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- ½ tbsp. Italian seasoning
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 oz. pepperoni slices
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Pat chicken breasts dry with a paper towel and then using a sharp knife, carefully slice a pocket in each breast, leaving about a half inch on the sides that you don't cut through.
Tuck half of the pepperoni into each pocket, along with a sprinkle of shredded mozzarella.
Pour marinara sauce into an oven safe baking dish. Place each stuffed chicken breast on top.
Sprinkle italian seasoning over top both chicken breast and then top with remaining cheese.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bakke for an additional 25-30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
