Ingredients

  • 1 - 1 ½ lbs. boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 2 tbsp. butter melted
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 6 garlic cloves minced
  • ½ cup parmesan dived
  • ½ tbsp. paprika
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • ½ tsp. black pepper

Instructions

  • Combine melted butter, parmesan (reserving about 1 tablespoon), lemon juice, paprika, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  • Coat chicken thighs with mixture and make sure each piece of meat is fully covered. Place in the fridge for at least 30 minutes and up to 24 hours.
  • When you’re ready to cook the marinated chicken, preheat the oven to 400°F
  • Place chicken in an oven safe baking dish and top with a sprinkle of parmesan cheese on each piece of chicken. Bake for 20 minutes until the chicken is cooked through, it should reach 165°F.
