- 1 - 1 ½ lbs. boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 2 tbsp. butter melted
- 1 lemon juiced
- 6 garlic cloves minced
- ½ cup parmesan dived
- ½ tbsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. salt
- ½ tsp. black pepper
Combine melted butter, parmesan (reserving about 1 tablespoon), lemon juice, paprika, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
Coat chicken thighs with mixture and make sure each piece of meat is fully covered. Place in the fridge for at least 30 minutes and up to 24 hours.
When you’re ready to cook the marinated chicken, preheat the oven to 400°F
Place chicken in an oven safe baking dish and top with a sprinkle of parmesan cheese on each piece of chicken. Bake for 20 minutes until the chicken is cooked through, it should reach 165°F.
