Jerk Chicken Wrap
Jerk Chicken Wraps are an easy lunch option with a bit of caribbean flair. Made with spicy seasoned chicken, mango salsa, and veggies wrapped in a tortilla, this is a quick 5 minute lunch that has flavor to spare!

- 2 cups Cooked Chicken shredded
- 2 tbsp. Jerk Seasoning
- 2 tbsp. Cream Cheese
- ½ cup Mango Salsa
- ¼ cup red onion sliced thin
- 6 Butter Lettuce Leaves
- 2 Tortillas
To a small mixing bowl, add shredded chicken and jerk seasoning. Stir to coat the chicken in the seasoning paste.
Warm two large tortillas and spread a thin layer of cream cheese over top each.
To each wrap add lettuce, seasoned chicken, mango salsa, and sliced red onion.
Roll up the wraps and enjoy.
