- 2 cups cooked chicken cubed or shredded
- 2 tbsp. jerk seasoning
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup sour cream
- 1 lime juiced
- ½ cup red bell pepper small dice
- 1 green onion diced
- 2 tbsp. fresh cilantro chopped
- 2 celery stalks finely chopped
To a mixing bowl, add mayo, lime juice, and jerk seasoning, Stir to a combine.
Add diced chicken, diced bell pepper, celery, diced green onion, and chopped cilantro.
Stir well to ensure everything is well coated.
Refrigerate one hour before serving.
