Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken cubed or shredded
  • 2 tbsp. jerk seasoning
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 1 lime juiced
  • ½ cup red bell pepper small dice
  • 1 green onion diced
  • 2 tbsp. fresh cilantro chopped
  • 2 celery stalks finely chopped

Instructions

  • To a mixing bowl, add mayo, lime juice, and jerk seasoning, Stir to a combine.
  • Add diced chicken, diced bell pepper, celery, diced green onion, and chopped cilantro.
  • Stir well to ensure everything is well coated.
  • Refrigerate one hour before serving.
