Jalapeno Popper Pinwheels
Jalapeno Popper Pinwheels are a fun take on the classic appetizer with all of its delicious components including spicy fresh jalapenos, cream cheese, and bacon all rolled up in a tortilla for an easy grab and go snack.

- 5 tortillas
- 4 oz. cream cheese
- ½ cup greek yogurt
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 4 jalapenos minced
- ½ cup crumbled bacon about 5-6 strips
To a mixing bowl, add softened cream cheese and greek yogurt and mixing together until completely combined. You can use a hand mixer or a whisk.
Stir in salt, onion power, and garlic powder.
Add crumbled bacon, minced jalapeno, and shredded cheese. Stir to combine.
Place tortilla on your work service and add ⅕ of the mixture to the middle of the tortilla and use a small spatula to spread it in an even layer. Roll up tightly.
Repeat for the remaining tortillas.
Wrap tightly in foil or plastic wrap. You can wrap them individually or all together. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour and up to 24 hours.
When you are ready to serve, unwrap the roll ups. Use a sharp knife to trim the ends, and then cut each tortilla into 1 inch pinwheels and serve.
