Instant Pot Green Beans

Simple Instant Pot Green Beans can be made in minutes and are seasoned with just salt, pepper, and garlic so they are ready to be paired with all of your favorite main dishes.

Ingredients

  • ½ lb. fresh green beans frozen works too!
  • ½ cup water or stock
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • ¼ tsp. black pepper
  • 1-2 garlic cloves minced

Instructions

  • Wash green beans and trim ends if necessary.
  • Place trivet insert into the Instant Pot pot and place green beans on top.
  • Carefully pour water over top and then sprinkle on salt, pepper, and minced garlic.
  • Attach lid and make sure it is in the sealing position.
  • Set to 0 or 1 minute of cook time. The Instant Pot will take a few minutes to come up to pressure.
  • Once the cook time is up, carefully quick release to depressurize and use tongs to remove the cooked green beans from the pot.
