- 2 lbs. chicken wings
- ¼ cup all purpose flour
- 1 tbsp. brown sugar
- ½ tbsp. paprika
- ½ tbsp. chili powder
- ½ tbsp. onion powder
- ½ tbsp. garlic powder
- ½ tbsp. dried oregano
- ½ tbsp. salt
- ½ tbsp. pepper
Preheat the oven to 400 F.
Remove wings from the packaging and pat them dry with a towel.
Place wings into a mixing bowl and coat with spices and brown sugar until fully covered.
To the same bowl, add flour Coat the wings completely with the flour.
Place wings on a baking sheet and place into the preheated oven.
