Dry Rub Chicken Wings

Made with a simple spice blend and baked in the oven until perfectly crispy and golden, these are the best ever dry rub chicken wings!

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. chicken wings
  • ¼ cup all purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp. brown sugar
  • ½ tbsp. paprika
  • ½ tbsp. chili powder
  • ½ tbsp. onion powder
  • ½ tbsp. garlic powder
  • ½ tbsp. dried oregano
  • ½ tbsp. salt
  • ½ tbsp. pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400 F.
  • Remove wings from the packaging and pat them dry with a towel.
  • Place wings into a mixing bowl and coat with spices and brown sugar until fully covered.
  • To the same bowl, add flour Coat the wings completely with the flour.
  • Place wings on a baking sheet and place into the preheated oven.
  • Bake for 35-40 minutes, depending on the size of your wings.
