- 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 ½ tbsp. taco seasoning
- 1 can black beans 15 oz., drained and rinsed
- 1 can corn 15 oz., drained
- 2 cups salsa
- ½ cup onion diced
- 2 garlic cloves minced
Place chicken breasts into the bowl of the crockpot.
Sprinkle taco seasoning over top.
Add diced onion, minced garlic, drained corn, salsa, and drained and rinsed beans. Close lid and cook on high for two hours or low for 3 to 4 hours.
Once cooked, shred chicken, stir and enjoy
