Crockpot Salsa Chicken

- 8 oz. cream cheese 1 block
- 1 ½ lbs. boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 24 oz. jarred salsa
Place chicken into a slow cooker.
Pour salsa over the top of the chicken and add a block of cream cheese.
Cook on High for 3-4 hours or Low for 5-6 hours.
Once fully cooked, remove chicken breasts and shred meat.
Place back into the slow cooker and stir to mix everything together.
