Crockpot Salsa Chicken

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese 1 block
  • 1 ½ lbs. boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 24 oz. jarred salsa

Instructions

  • Place chicken into a slow cooker.
  • Pour salsa over the top of the chicken and add a block of cream cheese.
  • Cook on High for 3-4 hours or Low for 5-6 hours.
  • Once fully cooked, remove chicken breasts and shred meat.
  • Place back into the slow cooker and stir to mix everything together.
