- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoon butter
- 1 ½ lbs. boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 1 tbsp. italian seasoning
- ½ tbsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. salt
- ½ tsp. pepper
- 1 ½ lbs. baby potatoes
- 12 oz. green beans
- 5 garlic cloves minced
- ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
Add baby potatoes to the bottom of the slow cooker. If any seem larger than the rest, be sure to cut them in half so they cook evenly.
Add chicken thighs on top and then scatter on green beans.
Drizzle oil over top, followed by spices, garlic, parmesan, and pats of butter. Cover with lid.
Cook on Low for 6 hours or High for 4 hours. Stir everything together and serve.
- The potatoes take the longest to cook, so make sure they are small enough or par cook them before adding the rest of the ingredients.
- For extra flavor, brown the chicken thighs before adding to the slow cooker.
