- 1 ½ lbs. boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into 1-inch pieces
- 4 cups broccoli florets bite-sized pieces
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 medium yellow onion diced
- 1 tsp. paprika
- ½ tsp. onion powder
- ½ tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 4 oz. cream cheese
- ½ cup greek yogurt
- 1 cup shredded monterey jack cheese
Cut chicken into bite sized pieces and place into the bottom of the slow cooker.
Top with spices, minced garlic, and diced onions.
Add broccoli florets, cream cheese, and shredded cheese before placing the lid on top.
Cook on LOW for 6 hours or HIGH for 4 hours.
After the cook time is up, give it a good stir to incorporate everything before serving over rice.
