- 1 lb. chicken tenderloins
- ⅔ cup Duke's Mayonnaise
- 1 celery rib minced
- 2 hard boiled eggs chopped
- ¼ cup sweet pickles chopped
- ½ tbsp. dry ranch seasoning
- ½ tsp. onion powder
- ½ tsp. garlic powder
- ½ tsp. salt
- ½ tsp. black pepper
Begin by bringing a pot of water to a boil. Add chicken tenderloins and cook for 8 minutes or until they’ve reached an internal temperature of 165°F. Remove from water and wait until they are cool enough to handle.
Add chicken tenderloins to a food processor and pulse until finely shredded.
To a mixing bowl, add shredded chicken, mayonnaise , diced hard boiled eggs, minced celery, diced sweet pickles, and seasonings. Mix well until everything is fully incorporated.
Refrigerate before serving.
