Ingredients

  • 1 ½ lbs. chicken breast or tenderloins cut into bit sized pieces
  • 3 cups broccoli florets broken up into small pieces
  • 1 lb. red potatoes diced
  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheese
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 dry ranch seasoning packet 1.5 oz.
  • 4 garlic cloves minced
  • ½ tbsp. paprika
  • 4 green onions chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  • In a large mixing bowl, add cut up potatoes, chicken pieces, and broccoli florets.
  • Add mayo, sour cream, paprika, ranch packet, minced garlic, chopped green onions, and shredded cheese, leaving out ½ cup of shredded cheese for sprinkling over top of the dish.
  • To a glass baking dish, contents of the mixing bowl, and use a spatula to smooth it out.
  • Sprinkle remaining shredded cheese on top and place into preheated oven.
  • Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until potatoes are soft and chicken is cooked through.
