- 2 cups cooked chicken
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup sour cream
- 1 lemon juice and zest
- 2 tbsp. capers
- 1 tbsp. fresh dill chopped
- 1 celery rib finely minced
- 2 green onions chopped
- ½ tsp. salt
- ½ tsp. onion powder
- ½ tsp. garlic powder
- ½ tsp. black pepper
Chop up chicken finely and add to a mixing bowl along with drained capers, finely chopped celery, chopped green onions, mayo, sour cream, spices, lemon juice, and zest.
Mix well to thoroughly combine the ingredients. Refrigerate before serving.
