Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 1 lemon juice and zest
  • 2 tbsp. capers
  • 1 tbsp. fresh dill chopped
  • 1 celery rib finely minced
  • 2 green onions chopped
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ½ tsp. onion powder
  • ½ tsp. garlic powder
  • ½ tsp. black pepper

Instructions

  • Chop up chicken finely and add to a mixing bowl along with drained capers, finely chopped celery, chopped green onions, mayo, sour cream, spices, lemon juice, and zest.
  • Mix well to thoroughly combine the ingredients. Refrigerate before serving.
