Cafeteria Style Rectangle Pizza

Classic Cafeteria Style Rectangle Pizza with a fluffy pizza crust and your favorite toppings is an easy way to make large pizzas at home.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Uncooked Pizza Dough approximately
  • 1 ½ cups Pizza Sauce or marinara sauce
  • 1 tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 5 oz. Pepperoni Slices
  • 5 oz. Sliced Mushrooms
  • 2 cups. Shredded Mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • On a mid size baking sheet or rectangular pizza stone, add olive oil (about a tablespoon) and use fingers to coat the surface thoroughly.
  • Gently pull pizza dough with hands to get it to approximately the right size and then place on baking surface. Press it out to finish shaping it the rest of the way.
  • Pour sauce over top and spread with a spoon.
  • Add toppings, such as mushrooms and pepperoni. Top with a generous amount of cheese.
  • Bake at 450 for 20-25 minutes until cheese and crust are golden brown. Remove from oven and cut into squares.
