Blackberry Strawberry Smoothie

A simple blackberry strawberry smoothie with just 5 ingredients and no added sugar, a refreshing breakfast or snack!

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana peeled
  • ½ cup blackberries fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup strawberries fresh or frozen
  • ½ cup whole milk greek yogurt
  • ½ cup water

Instructions

  • Pour water and greek yogurt into the base of the blender.
  • Add in berries and frozen banana (I like to break it into 2 or 3 pieces.
  • Blend for 30-60 seconds until smooth. Enjoy in your favorite glass with a straw.
