Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. salmon side or filet
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 lemon juice and zest
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • ½ tbsp. paprika
  • ½ tbsp. italian seasoning

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  • In a small bowl, combine mayo, paprika, italian seasoning, lemon juice, lemon zest, and minced garlic.
  • Place salmon skin side down on a baking dish or baking sheet.
  • Spread mayo mixture over top of salmon, dividing the sauce evenly between pieces of salmon.
  • Place in preheated oven and bake salmon for 15-17 minutes, or until fish is cooked through.
