- 2 lbs. salmon side or filet
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1 lemon juice and zest
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- ½ tbsp. paprika
- ½ tbsp. italian seasoning
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
In a small bowl, combine mayo, paprika, italian seasoning, lemon juice, lemon zest, and minced garlic.
Place salmon skin side down on a baking dish or baking sheet.
Spread mayo mixture over top of salmon, dividing the sauce evenly between pieces of salmon.
Place in preheated oven and bake salmon for 15-17 minutes, or until fish is cooked through.
