- 1 ½ lbs. fingerling potatoes sliced in half if large
- 1 ½ tbsp. avocado oil
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. paprika
You will want the potatoes to be generally uniform in size, so slice any extra large ones lengthwise or in half so that all the potatoes are about one and a half inches long and 1 inch wide.
Soak potatoes in water for 30 minutes and drain. Dry thoroughly using a towel.
In a mixing bowl, add potatoes, oil, and seasonings. Mix well to fully coat.
Place potatoes in the air fryer basket and cook at 390°F for about 12-15 minutes. Shake the air fryer basket or use tongs to stir the potatoes once at the halfway point to ensure even browning.
Depending on the size of your air fryer, you may have to work in stages. The amount in this recipe required two batches in my standard sized air fryer.
