Air Fryer Egg Bites

Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 2 tbsp. heavy cream or whole milk
  • 2 green onions
  • ¼ cup ham
  • ½ cup shredded monterey jack cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a medium-sized bowl, crack all eggs. Add milk, salt, and pepper. Whisk vigorously until well combined.
  • In silicone cupcake liners or a silicone egg bite molds, place cheese, ham, and green onions. This recipe makes approximately 8 egg bites, so split the ingredients in eighths between the cups.
  • With a small ladle (a pyrex measuring cup works well too) pour egg mixture into each cup. Fill each cup about ⅔ of the way full, leaving room for the egg bites to expand as they cook.
  • Carefully place into the air fryer basket and set the temperature to 360 degrees and a cook time of 10 minutes or until the eggs are set.
  • To ensure that the topping ingredients are evenly dispersed throughout, open the air fryer and gently stir each egg bite with a spoon at the 5 minute mark.
  • Once finished, allow to cool slightly and enjoy.
