Ingredients

  • 3 ripe avocados cut in half, pits removed
  • ½ small red onion
  • 2 tbsp. cilantro
  • 1 lime juiced
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  • To prepare guacamole, start by halving the avocados and removing the pit.
  • Scoop out the flesh into a bowl and mash it with a fork, Leave it slightly chunky for texture or mash thoroughly for a smooth dip.
  • Add lime juice, along with onions and cilantro. Season with salt to according to taste.
