- 1 can peas 15 oz.
- 2 celery stalks finely diced
- ¼ cup mayo
- 4 oz. jarred pimentos drained
- salt and black pepper to taste
Grab a medium sized mixing bowl add canned peas that have been well drained)
Add diced celery, well drained pimentos, mayo, salt and pepper.
Stir well and serve chilled.
