Ingredients

  • 4 cups romaine lettuce chopped
  • ½ lb. ground beef
  • ½ tsp. onion powder
  • ½ tsp. garlic powder
  • ¼ cup pickles
  • ½ cup tomatoes chopped
  • ¼ small red onion thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup shredded cheese

Big Mac Sauce

  • ¼ cup mayo
  • 1 tsp. mustard
  • 1 tbsp. relish sweet or dill
  • 1 tbsp. grated onion
  • ½ tsp. paprika
  • ½ tsp. onion powder
  • ½ tsp. garlic powder
  • ½ tbsp. white vinegar

Instructions

  • Begin by preparing your ground meat. In a large skillet over medium heat add oil. Once hot, add ground meat, breaking it up as it cooks. Once browned and cooked through (7-8 minutes), add garlic powder and onion powder and stir to combine. Remove from heat.
  • While the meat is browning, combine ingredients for burger sauce. To a small bowl add mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, pickle relish, grated onion, paprika, onion powder, and garlic powder.
  • Wash and dry your veggies and then cut them up to desired sizes.
  • Place down bed of lettuce and top with remaining toppings, including cooked ground beef, tomatoes, onions, shredded cheese, and pickles.
  • Top with a generous drizzle of your homemade Big Mac sauce and enjoy.
