Garlic Butter Soy Sauce Mushrooms are made using a simple sauce poured over mushrooms and then roasted to perfection in the oven.

- 2 tbsp. butter
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 16 oz. cremini mushrooms left whole stems trimmed
- 4 garlic cloves minced
- 2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. herbs de provence
- ½ tsp. each of salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Clean off any dirt or debris you may find on your mushrooms and then trim off the stems. For larger mushrooms, quarter them, and for smaller leave them whole or halved. Place into a baking dish.
In a small bowl, whisk together minced garlic, extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, herbs de provence, and salt and pepper. Pour over top of the prepared mushrooms.
Cut butter into small pieces and place evenly on top of the sauce covered mushrooms.
Place into the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes.
