Air Fryer T Bone Steak

A simple way to prepare beef, air fryer t-bone steak is perfectly seasoned and then air fried until medium rare.

Ingredients

  • 1 T-bone steak
  • 1 tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • ½ tsp. Pepper

Instructions

  • 30-60 minutes before you plan to cook your steak, place it on the counter to allow to come up to room temperature.
  • Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees F for 5 minutes.
  • While it is preheating, coat steak in a bit of olive oil and then press in salt and pepper.
  • Gently place t-bone steak into the air fryer basket and close device.
  • For medium-rare, set to 8-10 minutes of cook time and flip the meat halfway through, around the 4-5 minute mark.
  • This cook time is dependant on the thickness of your steak, For a very thick t bone or depending on how you like your steak cooked, you may need more time.
  • Allow to rest on a plate for 5 minutes before cutting into.
