Cajun Butter Shrimp

  • 4 tablespoon butter
  • 1 lb. shrimp large, shells on, heads off
  • 2 tablespoon cajun seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 half lemon


  • In a large skillet, heat butter until melted. Add in Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Add in shrimp, and stir to completely coat.
  • Remain on medium-high heat until cooked through (shrimp will turn from grey to pink). About 6-8 minutes. Stir as needed.
  • Squeeze half of a fresh lemon over top to finish.
