Mason Jar Healthy Noodle Cup
The perfect lunch on the go! These jars can be prepped ahead of time and will stay fresh for a few days, just make sure to keep them in the fridge until you're ready to use!

- 2-3 tsp. Chicken bouillon
- 2 cups water
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
- sriracha to taste
- 2 oz. vermicelli rice noodles
- button mushrooms sliced
- Green Onions chopped
- Cilantro
- carrots julienned
- jalapeno thinly sliced
- handful of fresh spinach
Place sauce ingredients at the bottom of the jar (bouillon, soy sauce, sriracha)
Add toppings and close lid tightly, refrigerate until you're ready to use.
Remove lid, add hot water, and replace lid. Let steep for about 10 minutes.
Stir well and enjoy!
