– 3 tbsp. fat from turkey drippings – 5 tbsp. flour – 1 cup turkey drippings, fat trimmed off the top – 3 cups chicken stock – pepper to taste
COOK TIME: 5 MIN
Add fat from turkey drippings to a saucepan. Whisk in flour slowly to thicken.
Add in remaining turkey drippings. Add stock to thin out gravy if necessary.
Season to taste with pepper and salt as needed!
