– 1 lb. ground venison meat – 1 5 oz. can tomato paste – 1 28 oz. can crushed tomatoes – 5 garlic cloves, minced – 1 medium onion, diced – 2 tbsp. red wine vinegar – ½ cup chicken stock – 1 tbsp. italian seasoning – 1 tsp. salt – 3 tbsp. olive oil
COOK TIME: 30 min
INGREDIENTS
Saute onions and garlic in olive oil.
Brown venison meat and caramelize tomato paste.
Deglaze pan and add remaining ingredients. Allow to simmer.
Serve venison sauce over pasta.
