Buttery Chicken with Pan Gravy

Bone in chicken chicken breast is flavored with garlic compound butter and then served with a delicious savory pan gravy.

PREP TIME: 20 MIN

– 1 bone-in chicken breast – 4 tablespoon butter – ½ teaspoon thyme – ½ teaspoon rosemary – 1 teaspoon salt – 2 cloves garlic, minced – ½ lemon + zest – 2 tablespoon flour – 1 small onion, roughly chopped – 1 cup chicken stock – ½ teaspoon chicken bouillon

Step 1

Combine ingredients for the compound butter.

Coat chicken with butter over and under the skin.
