Lots of fresh or frozen spinach, garlic, mayo, and cheese, this savory spinach artichoke dip is served in little premade wonton cups for the perfect grab and go Thanksgiving appetizer.

– 8 cloves garlic minced – 1 10 oz. package frozen spinach thawed and patted dry – ¾ cup mayonnaise – 1 8 oz. can artichoke hearts diced – ½ teaspoon pepper – ½ teaspoon salt – ¼ teaspoon nutmeg – 1 cup shredded swiss cheese – ¼ cup parmesan – 1 pkg. wonton wrappers
COOK TIME: 20 min
Remove water from spinach with a towel.
In a 350 degree oven par cook wonton wrappers in a mini cupcake tin for 5-10 minutes so they hold their shape.
In a medium sized bowl, place spinach, artichokes, garlic, mayonnaise, shredded cheese, parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
Divide the filling among the par-baked wonton wrappers and bake for another 10 minutes, or until filling is heated through.
