Slow Cooker Venison Roast Sandwiches 

Simple Slow Cooker Venison Roast is shredded and used for tasty sandwiches. This is one of the best ways to cook deer meat for a crowd!

– 2 tbsp. oil – 2 lb. venison roast – 2 tbsp. A1 Sauce – 1 cup water – 1 bell pepper – 1 yellow onion – 1 tbsp. italian seasoning – 1 ½ tbsp. tomato paste – salt and pepper, to taste – french rolls, for servings

PRep TIME: 15 MIN. Cook TIME: 6 hours

Step 1

Sear meat in a hot skillet on all sides and add to crock pot.

1. Add sliced onions and peppers, along with A1 sauce, italian seasoning, and tomato paste. 2. Pour cup of water over top.

Turn slow cooker on low for 8-10 hours or high for 6-8 hours.

Shred the tender meat with a fork and stir back into the pepper and onion mixture.
