This delicious apple pie dessert is made with roll out pillsbury pie crust, chopped walnuts, apples, and apricot preserves.
PREP TIME: 20 MIN
– apples (use whatever variety is your favorite! I like pink lady or gala) – apricot preserves – walnuts – all purpose flour – sugar – pie crust – ground cinnamon
COOK TIME: 30 MIN
Roll out pie crusts on top of each other and shape the edges.
Add walnut mixture and spread cross pie crusts.
Top with thinly sliced apples and cinnamon sugar and bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes
Remove from oven and top with apricot preserves.
