PREP TIME: 20 MIN
– 12 oz. salmon 3-4 filets – 2 tbsp. butter – ¼ cup basil pesto – 1 pint cherry tomatoes
Place the salmon fillets in the prepared baking dish or baking sheet.
Top with pesto and butter.
Add cherry tomatoes to the pan and then bake at 425 F for 12-15 minutes.
Allow to rest for 5 minutes and enjoy.
