These stuffed peppers without rice are a fun twist on the classic italian dish!
PREP TIME: 15 MIN
– 3 bell peppers (any color) – 6 frozen breaded chicken tenders – 2 cups marinara sauce – 1 ½ tsp. italian seasoning – 6 tbsp. parmesan cheese – 12 oz. fresh mozzarella cheese
COOK TIME: 60 min
Bake chicken tenders and place in peppers with a bit of sauce and italian seasoning.
Add freshly grated parmesan cheese.
Top with more sauce and fresh mozzarella balls.
Bake at 425 for 45 minutes.
